4D Analytics has functionality to copy widgets and dashboards to new widgets and Dashboards as an administration, system building capability.

Copying widgets allows a copy to be made on the current dashboard or to another existing dashboard the user’s organisation has access to.

Copying dashboards allows the whole set of widgets on the dashboard to be replicated (appended) to another dashboard or appended as new widgets to the existing dashboard.

Copying widgets (whether part of a widget copy or a dashboard copy) will replicate (clone) existing widget configuration values to the new widget that is created. Optionally it can also replicate the existing points allocated on the source widget in the destination widget that is created.
